2024: Find Your strength

Find your strength, with a Laura Cullen Women’s Health Fitness Programme in 2024. 

January 2024 I would like to help 8 ladies improve their health and wellbeing over 8 weeks. Joining me, in pairs, in my small private gym (you can come with a friend or I can pair you up), we will go through your goals and your current statistics, I will then take you through your 2 full body weighted workouts.

The workouts will be planned to use minimal equipment* but can be altered if you do have extra weights etc at home. After 4 weeks you will come back for a check in, and again for a final session at 8 weeks, however you will also be monitored along the way via a step tracker and a WhatsApp group.

After the 8 weeks you can start again with another plan or you may feel confident continue on your own!

What you actually get with the New Year, Improved You Fitness Programme…

Session 1: 90 minutes
Weigh, Measurements (optional), Goal Discussion, Photos (optional)

2x Full Body Workouts Planned for you. During this first session we will run through both workouts giving you chance to practise every single exercise.

Session 2 (approx week 4): 60 minutes

Check in and 1 x PT full body session. Making sure you are pushing yourself and executing the exercises correctly!

Week 8: 60 minutes

Final check in and 1 x PT full body session, either leaving you on a high or eager to rejoin the next programme!

  • A meal planner
  • Dietary advice
  • Whatsapp group
  • Your 2 Full Body Plans printed out with a chart for you to fill in each week
  • Daily step tracker app
  • Cardio workout ideas sent to you via whatsapp

Your commitment. 2 weight sessions, aim for at least 7K steps daily.

Additional optional commitments. Dry January. No/minimal processed foods. 1 cardio workout additional per week.
