CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 50% deposit will be required to confirm all initial appointments. Appointments can be changed by giving at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur the 50% charge. Appointments cancelled within 5 hours of the appointment will incur the full charge.
The same policy is applied to follow ups, although no deposit is taken, the charge will need to be cleared before future appointments can be booked.
