I have just come home from my initial appointment with Laura. I really don’t know where to start, as I have seen so many therapists, had so many treatments, all for help after many surgeries, but the main thing I want to say is Laura is so very knowledgable and confident in her advice. I have come away with a completely different diagnosis than I thought was wrong with me. She was gentle and caring and kind and I am just praying that my gut feeling that this was the best £60 I have ever spent is right. Thank you Laura ❤️

I’ve seen quite a few physiotherapists/ chiropractors throughout my life and Laura is by far the person who has helped me the most with my lower back problems. She is now helping me navigate my pregnancy with back issues and I’m so much more mobile and strong than I would be without her help! She is always realistic, gives exercises you can actually do and fit into your life, tries different therapies and really listens and wants to get to the root of the issue. She is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to – I always leave a session feeling great. I would recommend Laura to anyone who needs some help with musculoskeletal issues whether it’s in pregnancy or not – it’s really changed my life 🙂 Thank you so much.

I went to see Laura post C-Section and she was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t very confident about going but she made me feel completely at ease. It was 110% worth going to see her and her after care was great, with exercises to help my recovery. Her 1:1 sessions are also amazing and I used them to help get my strength back post bubba. I would wholeheartedly recommend her and I do to all my clients. Gem of a find, thank you Laura x

I went to see Laura postnatally to help me with my separated abdominals and she was brilliant! She provided excellent hands on treatment and advice and was very supportive at what was a really vulnerable time as a new mum. I now tell all my pregnant/post natal friends to go and see her for a 6 week check up after having their babies. Highly recommend Laura who provides a much needed service for women’s health in Cornwall if unable to access support via the NHS.

FitMums Postnatal Fitness
I can’t thank Laura enough, my Fit bumps and mums classes were my escape postpartum, an hour for me, an hour to regenerate, refocus and renew but I got so much more. Support, friendship, encouragement, comfort and a place to feel safe with other ladies in my position. I am truly saddened to have to stop, but the extended network of friends I have gained means the world. Thank you Laura cx

Physiotherapy
Really enjoyed going to FitBumps fitness classes to meet other mums who have a passion to keep exercising through their pregnancy. Unfortunately during my third Trimester I experienced pelvis pain to the point where I couldn’t even walk my dog for 10 minutes let alone continue training at the level I had been – the pain was excruciating. I had to take time off work and was preparing myself for 10 weeks of misery and the possible use of crutches. I had two physio sessions with Laura, using acupuncture and massage to help realign my pelvis. This weekend I did a 5 mile mixed terrain cliff walk at 36 weeks pregnant. I didn’t think that would happen again until after the baby was born! I am so happy to now be enjoying the final stretch of my pregnancy and back to doing the things I love. Thank you Laura ❤️
